You'll be sharing a three bedroom semi detached house which consists of 1 lounge, 1 open plan kitchen/diner, 2 toilets one on each floor. A good size garden at the rear. The first floor has 1 bedroom and contains a wardrobe, drawer chest, bedside cabinet and a laundry basket. The property benefits from having central heating and double glazed windows. The property has been modernized and decorated to a liveable standard and benefits by having WiFi.
The area benefits from having good public transport network links to major cities with the likes of commuting to Birmingham and Wolverhampton alongside smaller towns such has Dudley and Bilston which are easily accessible by either bus or train. I am a working man and spend most days at work. I enjoy socialising with people and enjoy travelling. I have a cat who is very friendly in temperament. I enjoy cooking for others when I have the time.

About the Area
The property is located in the DY1 area of Woodsetton which is on the north side of Dudley in a quiet and low risk safe neighbourhood area. The location boasts a good amount of local convenience shops and pubs, with great connections by bus or train to Wolverhampton & Birmingham city centers
The nearest bus stop is only 2 minute’s walk away although there are more bus stops very close to the location also. There is also a local train station which is only 1.6km away.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
