I'm Andy and I live alone in my charming little cottage built c.1860 to house officers and their families based at the nearby Redoubt Fortress. The cottage is set in a beautiful conservation area and boasts all day sunshine in the front garden where you can soak up the sun or read sitting on the very comfortable bench. It has recently been decorated and is in pristine condition.

House Rules
Shoes off in the house and smoking permitted in the back yard only. You would be sharing the whole cottage with me. I limit the use of the washing machine to twice a week. Any subsequent washes are charged at £5 per wash you would also have to buy your own laundry detergent.
Smoking is only permitted outside in the back yard or on the bench in the front garden. I'm a smoker myself so if you are too I may join you for one.
My cottage always maintains a fresh, clean and pleasant smell.

I had been with Andy for almost a week, he is so kind, friendly and so generous man, the house is so clean more than expected and it is near the seafront, we enjoyed staying with Andy. Lastly, If anyone wanna join a best holiday the best recommendation is Andy❤️

Recently my son's been to Mr. Andy's house for two months, here's his review:
"Andy is a really good person: hospitable, honest, intelligent, cultured, friendly and calm. Thanks to his passion for reading books, I was often able to discuss about any topic!
He always does his best to ensure a good stay for all his guests.
The cottage is really well maintained, always clean, tidy and cosy.
Fortunately, it's very close to the town centre, which means that's really well served!
Furthermore, it is also nearby to a park, 200 feet from the seafront and the area is also very quiet. I'd recommend him to all the friends of mine." I agree with Marco!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
