We are 2 flatmates/students enjoying our glorious city. We try healthy living (particular about what we put into our mind, body and soul), sharing good experiences and embracing all life has to offer. In this busy, bright, wonderful city of Edinburgh, we are fortunate to have a place right in the center! If you want to be central to all the action; this is it! We have a safe, secured entry flat that is historic with large windows.
Right now we are letting only for a minimum of ONE MONTH for June and July. You can come for June and July and experience our fantastic city and pay only 600 for the entire month or 1000 for both months of June and July.
It's HISTORIC so it is not fancy but artistic and basically tidy. we ask that only guests who are considerate and open to come. The flat is bright and we are bright, positive people. We have wi-fi and good music enjoy sharing meals and conversation when not in class or studying.

About the Area
Central Edinburgh is Historic and there is always something going on; Theaters, Restaurants, Tours, Pubs, Shopping--you name it, it is here! We are just round the corner from the Castle, Parliament, Holyrood Palace, Princess St. Gardens, National Museum, the University, etc. Walking distance to everything--bring earplugs if noise sensitive.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Positive Attitude, no smoking, remove shoes on entry (place on shelf in shoe closet to the right after entering & hang coat on coat hooks on entry) and be careful to shut both building security doors securely. Please remove hair from drain protectors by using a piece of toilet paper.
Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com). Please email or text for bank details for xnsfer.
Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.”

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
