We live in a third floor flat in a quiet stair on the waterfront of Leith.
On street parking available
I am working from and we have a year old Shih-poo puppy. He is a very low shedder. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobe and drawer space.
There are various cafes and bars within a five minute walking distance.
WiFi throughout the flat and virgin TV installed in the lounge area.
One shared bathroom with shower and bath.

About the Area
We are 1.5km or 30 minute from the city centre, or the bus stop is a 1 minute walk away.
There is a small local shopping centre for everyday goods with a large supermarket and various shops or the Ocean terminal shopping centre is 10 minute walk.
The local cafes, bars and restaurants are lively and have live music on with views over over Leith water .

We ask our guests to give at least 7 days notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation after this will not be refunded.

Susan and Drew were really nice and thoughtful. They left me a lot of space, I had my own keys, I could use the bathroom and the kitchen when I needed to, I didn't have to check in or out at a specific hour, so basically I had more freedom than in a hotel.
The appartement is well situated. It is a 13 minutes journey by bus from the appartement to the city center and a bus shows up every 10 to 15 minutes, there is also a night bus until 4am, so it is quite easy to go out either to visit or to enjoy the nightlife of Edinburgh. Bus tickets are quite affordable too, so don't worry about that (you can check fares on Lothian Buses if you need more information).
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
