Located on the second floor, these accommodations offer warm and quiet privacy in this grand and welcoming home, with stunning original features throughout.
The bedrooms are stylishly decorated and equipped to a boutique hotel standard. Luxury bed linen and towels are provided. Complete with in-room Smart TVs offering individual Netflix accounts, YouTube etc via high-speed fibre Internet and WiFi, which is available throughout, you will also find steam iron, board, hairdryer and hot drinks facilities.
These spacious rooms have comfortable beds, ample hanging and drawer storage and en-suite shower rooms. There is also a separate shared WC.
Both accommodations have unparalleled open views to the Blackford Hills, Hermitage of Braid and beyond to the Pentlands Hills Regional Park.
The villa is positioned on a large plot of private land with bright spacious gardens set in three spaces; the lawn garden, BBQ terrace and part-grassed patio available for your use.
To the rear of Benahavis Grange, you will enjoy views over mature landscaped gardens complete with bowling greens and clay tennis courts for which access can be arranged in season with prior notice (charges will apply).
Free parking is available in the private & secure drive. Excellent amenities and transport 5 mins walk away. Quiet & safe, this wonderful home is the perfect base for pleasure and/or business!

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
