Very central spacious twin room situated in the City Centre - West End of the City of Edinburgh. Situated only 1 min walk from bustling Princes Street. Excellent location for visiting the city, all main attractions are within walking distance.
Room is well furnished with wardrobes, chests of drawers and desks/work-stations.
Reservation includes below:

- GBP50 deposit is required per set of key (refund when depart).
- No Smoking is permitted in the flat.
- No Pets are allowed.
- Keep the flat clean and tidy.
- Check in is normally between 4-6pm on the day of arrival, and departure is before 10.30am on the day of departure.

Once you confirm your booking you will get an email with our exact address. I can help you then with exact directions too if you let me know how you will be arriving. So don't worry you won't have any problems finding us in West End.

Accommodation is located in the downtown. It's perfect to visit all monuments. The room is quiet. Good flat :-)
PS : the restaurant is good !

Lovely flat, in heart of west end. Victoria was very welcoming, and explained where everything was and how to use them. Bedroom was large and bright though noisy as centre of city and potentially chilly later in the year. Not suitable for bikes as either locked downstairs in street or taken upstairs several flights of stairs. Would return if bikeless!

Hosts were warm, friendly and helpful people. Stay was pleasant, convenient and easy for single traveller to get about on your own. Bus stops are nearby for getting on/off Airlink 100 from/to airport. Room space is excellent compared to single rooms in hostels. Kitchen facility is basic and not as well-equipped as hostels. Washing machine, bar fridge, electric kettle, stove, oven available. No microwave.

Loved staying at this accomodation. Very central! Landlady has been very kind and room is very large and comfortable to stay in. I'd recommend people who are looking for accomodation in Edinburgh to stay here.
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
