A lovely studio room with own front entrance, located in a house, opposite park. Furnished in modern contemporary style, neutral decor and situated close to local amenities.
Fully furnished, the studio has:
- sleeping area with sofa bed
- private bathroom
- kitchenette (with all essentials)
- workspace/desk
- wardrobe and dresser
- access to WiFi
- TV
- off street parking
The area has well-connected transport links: house is approximately 10mins drive from M25 and 10 - 15 mins walk from nearest train station (easy access to City/Central London). Less than 2 mins walk from local bus stops.
The room is suitable for single occupancy. Long term or short-term stays considered. Ideally suited for: short work-related trips; Internship/language learning students, short breaks/holidays; international travelers
No pets allowed.
Payment of fees: Homestay will collect 25% deposit of the price of stay when you book. The BALANCE must be paid directly to me as follows: 50% in advance and remainder on arrival.

About the Area
Our house is located on the east side of the town, in a residential area, opposite a park. The national rail and buses are within easy reach and transport links are good. The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of options from this stop. We are time 10 minutes away from the M25 and A406
We are a short bus ride from the main shopping centre, and with just 10 - 15 minute walk to the national rail station, the City of London is only 40 minutes ride away. The main town centre is full of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants offering outdoor eating. There are also some nice fashion boutiques and specialist shops.
Top attractions in Enfield: Myddelton House Gardents, Whitewebbs Museum of Transport, Capel Manor Gardens and Forty Hall Estate

House Rules
1. Treat our home/property with respect
2. Remove outdoor footwear on entering the house
3. Wash dirty dishes/utensils
4. Keep bedroom, bathroom and toilet clean and tidy
5. Place all rubbish in bins and recycle where possible
6. DO NOT remove items not belonging to you from accommodation
7. Switch off lights and other electrical equipment when not in use
8. Shut and lock bedroom windows before leaving the house
9. Report damage/breakages to host without delay
10. No music/noise between the hours of 11pm and 8am
11. The host will set the heating to come on twice a day - once in the morning and then in the evening
12. No overnight guests
13. Read and follow the house rules

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
