We have a lovely family home in Epsom, a wonderful part of Surrey. It is quiet and a very safe environment with local shops, restaurants and a variety of beautiful parks all within walking distance. We specialise in offering an English, Mandarin and Cantonese speaking family home in a clean, warm and friendly environment.
We we really enjoy talking with our guests and sharing knowledge about the local area and how to get around. Me and my wife live in a 4 bedroom home with a large lounge complete with a 8 seater dining room table and large open kitchen, downstairs toilet / hand basin and a large garden. Upstairs we have 4 bedrooms One (1) are guest rooms of which will accommodate up to 2 people comfortably.
Please note : All our rooms are also offered on a single occupancy basis so you would not share the room with any other guest during your stay with us. Exemption applied with additional cost £15 per ppl per night.
1) Gas Safety Certificate obtained & in date.
2) Carbon Monoxide Unit fitted in Kitchen (Near boiler)
3) Smoke Alarms Fitted on Each Floor.
The bedroom has an ensuite with toilet (for guests only).
Our home is just 20 minute walk from Epsom Station which is London Victoria just 49 minutes.
We are nearer to Gatwick / Heathrow Airport just 31 minute taxi ride away.
Bikes can be loaned (£5 for 1 week use, £10 deposit) to commute from the house to the Epsom station, which takes 7 mins. Itis the guests responsibility to ensure the bicycles are in road worthy condition before use.
Guests can park their cars in our front yard at no cost.
It is strictly forbidden for our guests to use our (the hosts) address/details for any personnel use or any reason what so ever except at the written consent of the hosts and is usually limited to visa applications, were the guest or guests may need an address in which to advise where they are staying.
These terms & conditions can be altered or updated at anytime without prior notice to our guests.
All our guests automatically accepts these terms & conditions once a deposit or payment is made in reservation of accommodation at the hosts home.

Meals

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
