We are a young professional couple that have a lovely home next to the River Exe.
We are a short 5 minute walk away from St David's train station, a street away from a frequent bus route, and a 10 minute walk away from town centre. If you are at the university we are a 15 to 20 minute walk away dependent on which campus you are at. So if you don't have a car it won't stop you from getting around. We also drive so if we are free we would happily help you out.
The room available is a spacious double room with a double bed. Furnishings include a built in wardrobe with extra space. A bedside table, with a desk, chair, bookcase and a TV with DVD player. So when you're not busy exploring you can relax with lots of space.
Our home has all of the amenities you can possibly need for your stay. We also have a nice sized garden, some of which is under cover, a gas BBQ for the nice weather and we do have 2 bicycles if you wish to use them. The kitchen has every appliance you can think of. And the house has an excellent wifi connection. With a brand new 60" smart TV in the front room.
As people we love to host. We love to travel and learn cultures. Jez is into cars and DIY, I and into movies and books and between us both we love cooking for each other and other people.
There will always be items to use for breakfast however dinner or lunch can be prepared at a discussed extra price. W
Short or long stays are welcome.
We do not have pets and sadly we won't be able to accommodate any.
We are very friendly and easy to talk to.

About the Area
The house is located next to the River and a short 5 minute walk away from St David's train station, we are a 10 minute walk away from the city centre and a 20 minute walk away from the university. There is a local bus route a street away. Do if you don't drive it doesn't restrict you to exploring and travelling. Our home also has plenty of parking.

Meals

House Rules
Respect us and we will always respect you. If you are to have visitors a small warning would be nice. If you make an mess please clean it up. If you break ut you will please replace it.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
