Double room available in lovely three-bedroom flat close to the botanic gardens in the West End of Glasgow in ideal location close to Hyndland, Kelvinside and Byres Road (5 mins from Byres Road, 10 mins Hillhead subway, 15 Glasgow Uni/Hyndland train station). Flat includes large living room and kitchen with dining area and laundry facilities, and two bathrooms including private bathroom with shower for sole use by guest. Hosts are two researchers working at the the University of Glasgow, room would be perfect for visitors to the uni or anyone visiting the West End.

About the Area
Our flat is located in a leafy and friendly neighbourhood in the West End of Glasgow close to the University of Glasgow and the many excellent bars and restaurants in the area around Byres Road and Great Western Road. The flat is perfectly located to explore destinations such as Glasgow's Botanic Gardens, the Kelvingrove Museum and Glasgow University. There are also great transport links with several options within walking distance bus (1 min), subway (10 mins), train station (15 mins).

House Rules
Guest's have full access to kitchen, living room, and a (non-ensuite) bathroom (incl. shower). Kitchen basics (oil, spices, condiments, tea, coffee, milk etc.) are shared and towel/toiletries are provided.
20% deposit required by bank transfer within 3 days of booking being confirmed. Remainder to be paid in cash upon arrival.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
