I would like to think that my guests can treat my home as their home while they are here, but will give them their own space. I respect each individual guest's wishes. Very few house "rules".

I like to chat with them when they are home but have my own things going on.

Great walks round Queens Park, Pollok Estate, Langside Heritvage Trail following the path of Mary Queen of Scots, and many more great places to visit. City centre just 10 mins away by train, theatre, opera, ballet, and a very multi cultural mix of events, etc. 2 Mins from Mount Florida station, next 2 Hampden ( 5 mins quick walk from here). Price for 2. (19 pounds per night). If rented as single, (12 pounds per night.) There is a small charge if you wish your clothes laundered. 2 pounds per machine wash, a further 2 pounds if you wish them dried,usually within 24 hours).

2 Miles south of the city centre,buses every 5 mins, trains every 10 mins ( we r 5 mins from the station to the city centre. Some cycle routes to the west end.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Full use of the house, self cater's welcome. Just tidy up after yourself. Smoking allowed indoors in kitchen only.
Payment Method- I require my guests to pay a 50% deposit, in advance of the booking, to hold your room.
Cancellation Policy- I ask that my guests give me at least 7 days notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded

If you choose to stay with Morag you will feel right at home. I had a fairly long stay - which I would highly recommend - and by the end of it I didn't want to go! Morag is an incredible host, couldn't do enough for me, and a right laugh if you love a bit of a chat. The rooms are beautiful in a quiet part of the city, but the transport links into the centre are extremely convenient. If you're looking for somewhere to have an wonderful experience to come away from with a new friend, then Morag's place is the one for you.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
