The apartment, where me and my husband live, is located in a quiet and green riverside area in the South West area of the City Centre, at the opposite side of the Riverside Museum, at just a few minutes walking from Glasgow HARBOUR, BBC and STV studios, IMAX and the Digital Media Quarter, the Hydro, SECC (Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre), SCIENCE CENTER, Rangers-Ibrox Stadium. Harmony Studios - Theater (acting studios) is at a walking distance. The University of Glasgow is just at 3 stops by subway (about 5 mins). The city center is at 10 mins by subway too. Festival Park and Elder Park and Bellahouston Park are at a walking / bus distance.
M8 is at 1 mile and 5.9 miles to Glasgow International Airport.
The flat is surrounded by, shops, library, banks, Govan Cross shopping center (just 1 min walk) where there is a Post Office too. ASDA 24h is at less than 1 mile.
Since the subway and bus station are just at the opposite side of the road, it is very easy to reach any place, both in and outside Glasgow. There is the train station at just one stop by subway, 2 mins. Pre-booked taxi is cheap in Glasgow.

In the apartment, there are available 2 double bedrooms, newly decorated and furnished as well as the whole apartment. I could have other guests staying During your visit, However, I will make every effort to Ensure a pleasant stay to everyone.
There is unlimited access to the kitchen and its facilities, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, place storage, included fridge-freezer and utensils. You have a free use of washing machine and tumble dryer.
The shared areas are the bathroom and toilet, dining and living room.

NEW BEDS WITH ORTHOPAEDIC FIRM AND MEMORY FOAM mattresses.
This room is furnished with 1 double bed, 1 bed-side table, desk-sized 100 cm x 60 cm and comfortable office chair, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is a 32 "LED TV That you can use to plug in a memory stick, other than seeing free view / cable TV and Sky TV and there HDMI sockets too. The room has a large window looking on the front of the building. Towels are provided Regularly Throughout your stay and hair dryer, iron and iron board are always available. Digital safety box is available for free to use, with a personal pin code That will set you up. King size duvet. New carpet.
LIVING AND DINING ROOM
There is comfortable corner sofa with coffee and nest tables, a wall mounted 42 "Smart LED TV, electric fireplace, computer, SKY TV and free WI-FI for you to use. The living room is large with a big window and new carpet. The dining area has laminate flooring and there is a big wood table with 6 faux leather chairs. You can use this area to have your meals.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped with everything you might need. You have use of all of the appliances: such as the cooker, fridge -freezer, toaster, oven, microwave, washing machine etc.
BATHROOM
NEW-STYLE SPA BATHROOM, with Shower cabin with thermostatic mixer multifunctional shower panel rain shower, waterfall, massage body jets, hand shower and changeable lights + Electric shower with Digital Temperature Display. Underfloor Heating and fully tiled. Touch-screen LED Mirror Galaxy effect. Warm and relaxing colors. Everything was done to create perfect relaxing time! Laundered bath, hand and face towels are provided During all your stay.

SUPERMARKETS
1-minute walk to Govan Cross Shopping Center with 3 supermarkets (Home Bargains, Iceland, Farm Food), there is the post office too. Asda 24h is at a distance of about 1 mile and at the first stop by the subway you can reach Morrison's supermarket and at a short distance from it there is Sainsbury's too. By subway, you can reach other brands of supermarkets. There is a convenient package to travel unlimited by the subway, buses, trains.

We are not smoking and we ask hosts do not smoke at home. Please eat only in the kitchen or dining room. Please do not loud in the early morning and late in the evening and do not take a high volume at the tv During the late evening. We use to change our shoes at the entry door where there is a cupboard where you can easly do that

Warm room and home. Well located near subway stop. Maria was a fantastic host.
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
