We welcome you to our homestay, located in our lovely Victorian house close to the heart of town, set in leafy grounds just by beautiful Priory Park in Great Malvern, a historic spa town in South Worcestershire. We are both teachers and, having travelled widely, we enjoy being able to welcome students and visitors to share our home.
The Hill View Room is a light and attractive ensuite double, which has central heating and wifi. Your room rate includes hot drinks and breakfast, and we are happy to provide evening meals and transfers by arrangement.

About the Area
Our house lies in the centre of the historic spa town of Great Malvern, which is a short drive or train ride south from the cathedral city of Worcester.
We live in a quiet road leading to the Priory Park and Malvern Theatres - your room looks up towards the Malvern Hills - but close to local bus and rail connections, so you can be in the centre of Birmingham in an hour. Situated in an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' and the Great Malvern architectural conservation area, we live an easy walk from the beautiful Malvern Hills, with a wide range of tourist attractions as well as a number of pleasant pubs and restaurants.

You are coming to stay with us as a guest of our family, so we want to get to know you a bit. Please tell us about your plans and what you have been doing during the day.
We may not always be able to help with transport, so please plan to use taxis or public transport if you are not bringing your own car.
You will need to pay the balance of your homestay rent by Online Bank Transfer before you arrive, or in cash on arrival, please ask us about this when arranging your stay.

My first time with Homestay, Neil and Pauline were friendly, generous hosts who clearly enjoy welcoming guests into their home. The house is very conveniently located within a few minutes of the centre of this lovely town.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Neil et Pauline, ces hôtes sont très accueillants et chaleureux, la maison est tout confort, le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sont conviviaux et de très bonne qualité.
Par ailleurs, Neil m'a invité à jouer au golf, à partager un fish and chips et il m'a invité à son pub préféré.
Je recommande vivement cet hôte!!I had a great experience with Neil and Pauline, the hosts are very welcoming and friendly, the house is comfortable, breakfast and dinner are user friendly and very nice.

We are couple stayed there for short-term. We got the double room with the lake view and the room was pretty large. Friendly people, peaceful and clean environment, perfectly furnished. Everything went well according to the rules. Just couldn't fully cook and we missed house key a bit. I can definitely recommend.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
