Leafy London suburb
We live on a quiet road in a leafy suburb in the south-east of London.
Our spacious and comfortable house is nearly 90 years old with a nice red brick front.
There are 4 bedrooms in total, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining room and a large kitchen with a breakfast bar.
The dining room opens onto a patio that is perfect for barbecues in the summer time.
I love cooking and baking so you can enjoy some tasty treats from time to time! We are two people living in the house and have no pets but plenty of hospitality to share with you!
The Bromley shopping mall which has a range of shops as well as a Saturday market with stalls set up by traders from other countries of Europe, is within 10 minutes walk, where you will also find a host of restaurants, pubs and other eateries.
Convenient to travel to Central London. Railway Station is within 5 minutes walk

Please keep to mealtimes and inform me as soon as possible if you will not be requiring any meals.
Please keep our home secure and take care of your bedroom, the bathroom and other rooms in the house when you are using them
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you
Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm please
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over please agree it with me in advance
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com) - Paypal account will be informed.

Staying with Mimi was a great time because she is so friendly and makes you feel at home at once. Me and my three nearly adult children took the four-bed-room which has a comfortable size and much space for lugage and clothing. Besides there is a refrigerator and a small kitchen in the room. We had a big bathroom for ourselves even if it was not a luxury one. There were small problems with slow water in toilet. The bathtub was out of order at that time. But because we didn´t expected to have a bathtub, we were happy to have a shower that works. It´s a very calm neighbourhood. You can hear the birds singing. Mimi always tried to fullfill our wishes for eating, travel informations and having conversation. It is easy to go to the city. You have to walk about five minutes to the train station and then have several opportunities to reach the city in about half an hour.
If you are looking for luxary house this is not the right one. But if you are looking for a good experience with a friendly host, a good price and enough space go for Mimi!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
