I live in a beautiful 5 bed-roomed Victorian home with lots of original features. It's a peaceful and inviting space where you will feel welcomed. I live with my daughter who is away at University. I love to cook and it would be lovely to share this wonderful space with others.

About the Area
Our home is located approximately 1.2 miles from Hastings Historical Town with it's award-winning pier and Hastings Castle. We are approximately 7 mins walk to the nearest train station at St Leonards Warrior Square which has direct trains into London stations. There is an ASDA supermarket 5 mins down on Seddlescombe Road together with regular buses into Hastings and Eastbourne and surrounding towns. The picturesque Alexander Park is just a walk away from our home. We are approximately 10 mins away from the beachfront.

We had fantastic saty for 4 weeks at Barbarah place. The rooms was just perfect with everything we needed. Excellent meals as we reserved half board. Barbarah is a lovely host. We will defintely book Barbarah place again. 100% recommended.

we enjoyed our stay at Barbara's house. A very nice house, well arranged and pleasant, an hostess available while being discreet.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
