We are a Friendly helpful household (me and my husband) with beautiful private decked garden with bbq. Clean, modern really central house, 8 minutes to Seafront and walk to main Hove High Street or bus stop outside straight to Brighton. TV, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, towel and WiFi. provided. We offer a whole floor withIn our house which consists of 1 double for 2 people, 1 twin for 2 people and 1 single room own private bathroom for guests on this floor . There is no use of the rest of the house except for garden. Extra charge for double/twin room for 1 person. We can pick up from station and Gatwick at extra cost. you can use plates, cutlery as lots of take away, restaurants in area. Parking is additional cost.

About the Area
8 minutes stroll from Portslade Station, within easy access of Hove Station. lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets,parks, tennis, can hire bikes. You can walk to sea. On excellent bus route 20 minutes ride into Brighton. 2 minutes walk to local Co-op.

House Rules
No smoking in house, only outside in garden, Meals can sometimes be provided at extra cost. Laundry extra cost. Respect coming in late in residential area. Parking maybe arrange which maybe extra £8 per day. Booking in after 3.00 to 6pm and departure by 11.00 am, unless arranged prior. Please LOCK front door, close windows at all times when not in and switch off lights.

We had a great time here, clean room and bathroom, hosts are hospitable. Location is also good closed to beach, but stop, and train station. Wifi was fast, it’s totally no problem with video meeting.

This place felt like a true home thanks to Jan and her husband, who are such generous and caring hosts. Everything was very easy to use, and it is equipped with everything you would need. I had hoped to stay longer. I was so lucky to be stayed in this amazing place.

We had a warmth welcome from Jan, which made us totally relaxed after two hours journey. Jan is a lovely host who offer help when we needed. We stayed at her well decorated, lovely house for 10 more days and was a experience we would remember forever. We will definitely return if we go to Hove again.

Lovely, quiet, comfortable room with our own spacious bathroom. Convenient location for all amenities and within a 10 minute walk to Hove Lagoon. We really enjoyed our stay with Jan and Murray - they made us feel very welcome. Thank you!

I absolutely loved my stay with Jan and Murray - for a start the room had a very clean en-suite with a big bath and the room Itself was lovely with unlimited tea and coffee and I was offered toast whenever by Jan! Great location near shops restaurants bike rental and buses! Short walk to the sea which I loved! Most of all though Jan and Murray were brilliant and good hosts - I want to come back already!
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
