A spacious double room with ensuite shower room, catching the morning and evening sun, in a quiet road very close to the town centre. A good range of pubs, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets are within five minutes' walk, and Christchurch Park and Mansion are nearby, as is the New Wolsey Theatre and railway station. Off-road parking available in front of the house.

About the Area
Our house is close to the town centre, and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, theatres, museums and the lovely Christchurch Park. There is a bus into the town centre from the top of the road. The railway station is about five minutes by taxi, or 20 minutes' walk. It is a very quiet neighbourhood; the loudest sounds are from the birds!

No pets, no smoking, no loud music, no additional guests and no anti-social behaviour please!
Payment is required 7 days in advance by bank transfer please.
If you cancel before the 7 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations 7 days or less before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund.
For bookings made less than 7 days in advance, payment by bank transfer is required immediately in order to confirm the booking.
Breakfast is available at £7 per person, if booked in advance. It includes muesli, cereal, fruit, fruit juice, eggs, yoghurt, semi-skimmed milk, bread for toast, butter and marmalade. Tea and coffee is already in the bedroom.

Cathy was a brilliant and friendly host! She always had time to ask me about my day and for a chat. House was nice and clean, a five minute walk to the town centre, and room was spacious. Would highly recommend!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
