About the Homestay
I have a large double room with two single beds and a single room. Both bedrooms have a desk, chair,lamp, mirror, TV, chester drawers and wardrobe. My interests range from cooking to travelling. My home is very close to three Local London Underground station (Jubilee Line, Metropolitan Line and Bakerloo line and also overhead trains). I am five minutes away from the bus stop.
My house has four bedrooms with two bathrooms. I live with my husband and son. I live in a very safe and secure neighborhood and its also a quiet road.
I am an outgoing going person love to meet people from different cultures.
The room rates includes the following services: washing machine usage, clothes dryer usage, dishwasher, microwave oven and internet access and use of the kitchen.
My rooms are excellent for students, tourists or business persons including couples. I have hosted several guests and students from various countries, cultures and respect peoples differences and preferences. They all in their own words found me to be a wonderful host and great company.
My room rates are flexible depending on the number of occupants and length of stay. Overall my rates are very reasonable. Payment on arrival.

I spent about 1 year here! It became my room, my home and I can say they became my family. So polite, so nice people and very comfortable rooms. I've never had something to complain! Good location with so many amenities very close to you, Harrow for example, or Wembley Park, just one stop by underground. I miss that place, the family and "my room"! Hope my review may convince you to submit right now this amazing host!

I used to stay in Mrs. Josephine's house last year so this time when I came back I felt like coming back home. Mrs. Josephine and her family are always friendly, helpful and hospitable. I really felt warm when I stayed with them. I will definitely ask Mrs. Josephine if she could host me when I need a place to stay in the future.
Our two-week's stay with Josephine and her family was very comfortable- a cosy room, TV and Internet, a bathroom just for the guests and the son. All the family were friendly and helpful, but never intruding on our privacy. A walk from Loretto Gardens to Kingsbury Underground station along Kenton road took us just 10 minutes, less than Google maps say. One should be prepared to spend a bit extra on travelling by tube rather than by bus, but this can be compensated by cheep food shops and the possibility to cook your own meals, kindly allowed by the hosts. Josephine is a wonderful and perfect host and mom! Her family is very kind and friendly too! Me and my friend are exchange student who spent nearly four month there. Josephine always keep the house clean, and offer us help. The location is quite well. Just few minutes to the bus station and about 15 minutes to the tube. Really enjoy!
I had a great stay at Mrs. Josephine's house. I could sleep very well and feel comfortable during the time I was there. That's all I want. The place is very quiet, peaceful and located in a convenient area. You can get around easily. It just takes three minutes to walk to the nearest bus station. Mrs. Josephine's house is clean and neat. More importantly, all her family members are nice and helpful. They make everything easy for you and are ready to help whenever you need them. I highly recommend her house if you are looking for a homestay accommodation. I would like to thank her for hosting me for the last 17 days.
My husband and I stayed at Josephine's house for ten days and we had a very positive experience. She and her husband are really nice friendly people. They were very helpful at all times and made everything easy for us. We could also use the kitchen and make our own dinner with no extra charge, which helped us save money. How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
