I'm currently an empty nester so have a room spare. I'm pretty lively and active for a woman my age and love connecting with people.
I enjoy hosting and hope you enjoy your time in Leeds. The house is ideally located for the City Centre, Leeds General Infirmary and for The University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University and Leeds Arts University.
I offer competitive pricing as I provide room only, due to a busy schedule. However you are welcome to consume any food brought in in the dining area downstairs.

All bookings are to be part paid 50% in advance two days before and this is non-refundable. I will contact with payment details.

About the Area
Our house is located on the North side of the city, just a 10minute walk from the centre. It's located on a quite street very close to both Leeds University and the Leeds Infirmary teaching hospital. There is easy access to Leeds's shopping, markets and entertainment via a range of buses. The bus stop is a 3min walk from the house. Woodhouse

Be courteous and respect our home and neighbours. No pets, no smoking, please ensure you leave communal spaces clean after use. Washing and or cooking can be negotiated at a small additional cost for utilities.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
