My daughter and I live here, along with our very affectionate, ten year old dog, two year old puppy and year old kitten. The house is a very short walk to local woodland / nature trail, which is, Bella our dogs' favourite place to go. The view from the front of the house, looks over the woods. We have a very modern bathroom and kitchen and recently landscaped front & back garden (includes a sun terrace.)
Several local bus's run into the city centre on a regular basis. The journey takes approx 15mins.
We also live close to Roundhay Park, also near the very popular area of Chapel Allerton. Popular because of all it's attractions, such as modern shops / boutiques. Bars and restaurants. It also has it's own festival early September, lasting the whole weekend and has something for everyone.
My cancellation policy is 50% retention of booking fee if guests leave prior to term agreed.

About the Area
Our house is in the north of Leeds. The city centre is approx 4 miles away.
Regular buses run from the top of the street. There are two to choose from and will take you into town / city centre, with it's fantastic array of shops, restaurants, historic arcades museums and the very famous Kirkgate Market which is the largest in the country. There is also plenty of places to eat with cuisine from all around the world. The nightlife in Leeds is fantastic too, with something for everyone.
The journey to the city centre takes approximately 10 - 20 minutes, depending on the time of day. The shops are particularily good !
We are 40 minutes away from Leeds & Bradford Airport

House Rules
I am a pretty layed back person; just expect guests to be respectful of the fact that this is a family home. Noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Smoking is permitted outside the house. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves ( kitchen & bathroom, aswell as in the communal areas )

Kellie and her lovely home are ah-amazing! I felt welcomed from the moment I set foot into her sweet home. The room was nice and cozy. she helped me with everything I needed and gave me all the space I needed. Scarlett and Bella are so cute and adorable and very well behaved. The food is so good, she really knows how to cook tasty meals. This house is the perfect stay for students. It was a great experience, I'm definitely coming back!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
