I welcome you in to our 6 bedroom semi detached house, with modern kitchen, living room and bathroom. On arriving you will notice our lovely collection of animals. We have 2 Scottish fold cats and a friendly chow chow puppy.
Good food is always available as my profession is to host authentic foods at functions or special events, so just let me know in advance if you require any hot foods. Just a 7 minutes walk will lead you in to the local amenities such as bars restaurants and leisure facilities. The bus, train and DLR is also a 7 mins walk which is located near to Lewisham shopping centre /mall. There is a daily market situated in the town centre that supply a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Just a 4 minute walk will take you to the local supermarket, takeaway and off license.You will also find the bus stop where you can get to most destinations including the west end, the O2, Greenwich tourist attractions, Westfield in Stratford and many other tourist attracted world known areas. Lewisham is a centralized area where you will find all your requirements to suit your needs and more. last but not least where ever your choice takes you I wish you a fantastic, safe and enjoyable stay.

About the Area
Our home is located on a quiet road in a friendly neighborhood, close to amenities , we have a leisure center which is a 6 min walk from our home. The bus stops is a 5 mins walk with various options like the west end and central London. Other tourist attracted areas are easy assessable such as Greenwich park and the 02. The Lewisham shopping center is a 10 min walk and we have a beautiful local park which is a 5 min walk, local shops are also a 5 mins walking distance. The location is in zone 2 and 3 area.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

As you're welcomed in to our domain there are a few ground rules to consider Shoes should be left on arrival at the door, bathroom and toilets to be kept clean after use, bedrooms to be kept clean and tidy. If you have usage of the kitchen please leave it in its original clean state as how you found it Thanks in advance for your cooperation and I hope you have a wonderful experience and stay.

La chambre, mal isolée, chauffage défectueux : sous des températures hivernales le thermomètre n'y dépassait pas les 5/6 degrés.
Beaucoup d'animaux sympathiques dans cette maison mais l'hygiène s'en ressent.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
