A quiet new build within easy drive of great scenery either sea or hills and waterfalls or the delights of exploring the vibrant City of Cardiff.
A 3 bed property with 1 double room for guests. A lovely bright and airy sitting room with large Sofa and dining area, opening straight onto a garden with a patio at back. A gadget filled kitchen with a coffee maker and a host that loves cooking to go with it!
There are bikes and even kayaks that can be borrowed if wished and a cat in residence if you wish to be meowed at!

About the Area
Our House is located 20 mins from the centre of Cardiff and only half an hour from some glorious beaches or if you fancy a day in the Gower it is only and hour 15 away. Nearby is Waterfall country rugged Common land with the Brecon Beacons and Pen y Fan only half an hour away so a perfect location for town folk or outdoor folk alike!

House Rules
All I ask like most is to be clean tidy and respect the house! Late night arrivals or arrivals back from a day out can be accommodated as long as I know! Happy to lay on food other than breakfast at a small extra cost.

Very friendly host......even offered to run us in to town and arrange a taxi return.
Sarah contacted me in the prior to our stay and was just as friendly in person as she was in her texts. Sarah even messaged to ask if we had a safe journey home.
Location and hospitality was perfect for our needs and we were made to feel welcomed and we felt at home.
Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stop or a more pleasant, hospitable and friendly host. Thank you SarahJuly 2017

The moment we got out of the car ( because Sarah greeted us there) it felt like we were visiting friends. She was so welcoming. We sat and chatted for hours. She even had a game for my son to play. The room was the perfect size. We are not breakfast people, so we did not eat breakfast, but she did have a selection of cereal a teen might like...so thoughtful! She helped us find our way around because our gps was broken. We came as strangers, but left as friends. Thank you, Sarah for making us feel so comfortable and our trip a great one. This is not good bye, but see you soon, because we are definitely returning one day!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
