Hi there, I'm Penny!

My home is a three bedroom with a spacious living room, separate dining room and a morning room for a leisurely breakfast and lunch and leads out into the garden. Second toilet downstairs.

My home is in a quiet residential suburb of Wealdstone, Harrow, which has great public transport services.

The house has a solid built with front garden and a nice red brick front. Home is well kept and very homely.

I am close to University, Colleges, Schools and the well known Wembley Football Stadium. Accessible to local shops, town centre, Cinemas, Leisure centre and the West End (tourists areas).

My grown-up children live nearby and are very friendly, accommodating and well travelled. We are a close-knit family and do fun things together.

The Harrow & Wealdstone station is about a 13-minute walk away from my home.
From there, Euston Station is about 14 minutes away by train or 34 minutes on the Overground.

There are late trains, buses, and even later night buses that will bring you back home at any hour.

Wembley Stadium is less than a 20-minute drive away.

The room that I have to offer is a large single room with wardrobe, chest of drawers, carpeted, rug, bedside lamp, radio, wall plugs, etc.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you and welcoming you into my home!
