Come and stay as a guest in our non-smoking, four bedroom house. We are situated in a quiet, safe, tree-lined residential area, away from the bustle of the city. If you bring your laptop, you are welcome to use our wifi broadband wireless internet network, at no extra charge.
From our local Underground Station, it is an 18 minute ride on the Central Line to the City of London.
It is an 11 minute ride on the Central Line to Stratford for the Olympic Park.
In London, there are many language schools, teaching English to visitors from abroad. The schools prefer their students to live in a homestay. There, in a homestay, the student will need to practice English to communicate with the host family. As recommended by the language schools, we do not accommodate more than one guest with the same mother tongue, unless specifically requested.
In our homestay, we are always available to provide help and advice to our guests, on matters such as which sights to see in London and how to navigate London’s complex transport network.
Our Home Stay accommodation meets the requirements of the British Council.
Our local town centre is Ilford, a short bus ride away from our homestay. Here you will find our town hall, cinema, theatre, health club, together with many shops, pubs, restaurants and a mainline train station with an excellent service to London Liverpool Street.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
