About the Homestay
I live with my youngest son who is a lovely boy. I have 3 other children who live close by . Both my son and I work full time. We live 5 mins from Archway Station and buses that take you all over London. We have a leisure centre near by, supermarkets, lovely parks in walking distance.
The double room is lovely and bright. You have full use of the accommodation. 2 separate toilets. On the floor am renting there is a toilet and bathroom. We share the bathroom. There is. Outside space to go and sit in. I get on well with my neighbours but do not live in each others pockets.
I love to cook and love Organic foods and heathy
I do not do couples any longer. I need to have a picture of yourself before I can accept the booking from yourself. You are allowed to use the washing machine and dryer once a week at the weekend. No wet clothes to be hung in your rooms. No bank accounts to be set up at the address or doctors. Anything ordered should be sent to a pickup distribution centre and not at the address and refusal can offend. I work from 9am to 5pm. So it can. Be a bit tricky for you to receive keys to get in. Sometimes I get a friend to welcome you in but it is not always possible. I suggest arriving weekends or in the evenings. I can arrive home for 18.15pm in the evening.

The accommodation is 5 Mins from Archway Station and close to buses taking you all over London and also night buses. There is a variety of wonderful parks within walking distance and leisure centres, supermarkets, hospitals and doctors surgery and places to eat out.

Noise to be kept down after 10.30. Bathroom and kitchen to be left clean and tidy after use. No hairs to be left in the bath. Basin to washed out after brushing teeth. Make sure that front door and windows is closed properly before leaving out. No guest to be brought back to the home. If need to prepare food in the kitchen you must clean what you have used including the surfaces and cooker and putting waste in rubbish bin. If smoking outside please do not drop and cigarette but outside just put it in the rubbish bin

Jasmine is a fantastic host. She keeps a clean house, in fact, it seems like she is always cleaning or doing some kind of chore!
We had good chats, good laughs, and her family visited her a lot, which I thought was a nice welcoming home feeling. I liked hearing them laugh and talking and together when I wasn't out and about on the town.
Jasmine also made sure I was staying safe, didn't want me out by myself at night time. I appreciated that. She also insisted on washing my clothes after I asked if there was a laundromat near. Which was so nice and I am grateful for.
Also, the stay is in a super great spot. Bus lines are easy to get to city center and the tube is right around the corner. There are TONS of great places to eat around there as well... And stores.

I had the most lovely time at Jasmine’s place! Her and her son are very welcoming, kind people and I felt completely at home. It was great to have a grocery store, multiple coffee shops and the tube all within a five minute walk. From Jasmine’s place I could easily get to the core of London within half an hour. Not to mention, the wifi’s great! I really think back fondly, you couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay if you’re looking to experience London authentically. Thank you so much for making my visit great Jasmine :)
Jasmine is a natural hostess and made me feel very much at home. She took time off to show me one of the local sights which I really enjoyed. The room was comfortable and Jasmine's place is well located near the Tube. A good stay. David from New Zealand
I spent two weeks as if I had been at my house. Jasmine is a beautiful person very sensitive and available to your every request. The house is located in zone 2 in a very strategic position of easy connection to the city center 3 minutes from the subway stop.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
