About the Homestay
We are a busy family of five; myself, my husband and our three children. We also have two cats. Our house is located less than a five minute walk from Arnos Grove Underground Station (Piccadilly Line). We're near local amenities, and are very close to some beautiful local parks.
We are offering a large loft room, comfy double bed with an ensuite shower, with desk space, a wardrobe and a TV and DVD player. There is a comfy sofa to chill out on in the evenings.
We love meeting people from all over the world and learning about different cultures. You will be made to feel very welcome in our home.

About the Area
Our house is located in Arnos Grove, North London just three minutes walk from the tube station which is on the Piccadilly line, and other great transport links. We are close to restaurants pubs and supermarkets. We are also surrounded by some fantastics parks all within easy walking distance.

Please keep our home secure and lock the front door when leaving the house.
Guests are welcome to use microwave for microwave meals, and bring takeaways back to eat in the dining table but clean up afterwards and load your crockery and cutlery into the dishwasher.
Keep noise to a minimum after 11 pm please.
Please do not invite strangers into our home.

I enjoyed my stay with the family very much. The welcome was excellent. The room is spacy and the ensuite bathroom is perfect. I could use the kitchen at any time and I was able to store food in the fridge. The tube station is just around the corner which is very convenient. Sarah and her happy family are great hosts. I would love to come back again.

I had a great stay in Sarah´s house. Very kind and always wiling to help and make me feel even more comfortable. Fantastic family. The room is really good with a private bathroon, clean and cousy and the location is also great with transport connection just three minutes walk. Highly recomended.

The meals are very good. The room is spacious, clean and well furnished. The house is in a quiet area, less then five minutes walk to Arnos Grove underground station on the Piccadilly Line, from where you can easily reach central London. I recommend this accomodation for both short and long stay

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
