We live in the residential area of Catford our house Is semi detached with a large garden which the kitchen opens out to. The double bedroom comes with an on suite shower room. There is a living dinning room, family bathroom and and a downstairs cloakroom toilet. There is a wash machine which guest are welcome to use.
We like to have dinner parties and garden parties and we do enjoy meeting new people. Our household consists of myself, my husband our 20 year old daughter. Our home is in easy reach of transport, bus, train and DLR so easy access to the City where there is a variety of sight seeing locations. We are also close to the town centres of Bromley and Lewisaham where a variety of shops can be found.

Our house is located close to the towns of Lewisham and Bromley where many shops,restaurant and bar's can be found. We are in easy reach of buses, train and the DLR which all makes for easy access to London and the city for a wide range of shops, sight seeing and night life.

House Rules
Keep noise to a minimum after 10:30, we don't use bad language in our home. you are welcome to use the kitchen but please clean up after use. The living area and garden is available for you to use any time and our home is a no smoking area. There are no restriction to the time you wish to return home each evening and a front door key will be provided.

Marie a été une hôte exceptionnelle pour les garçons pendant 4 mois. Très à l'écoute dans le partage du quotidien. Chambre très confortable, hygiène irréprochable. Nous sommes tellement ravie de Marie et sa famille pour son accueil. Nous recommandons à 200%.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
