My sons are 20 and 27, only one now lives at home. My husband is an electrican so is out and about during the day.I work full time in office and from home. We can easily accomodate another person into our routine. We are a friendly family that will by nature support language development and endeavor to make any guest feel welcome.
Our house is near to all transport options .

About the Area
Our house is situated in West London set back from the A40 in a quiet cul de sac with no through taffic. We are only minutes away from bus and underground. Westfields shopping centre is near by where you can also access overground trains.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Guests are welcome to come and go freely as long as consideration is excercised with regards to noise during sleeping hours.
Guests are free to use facilities such as kitchen and bathroom as and when. Longer stay guests may use the washing machine on request.
Guests are free to contact me when I am not in the home should they have any queries or need help.
There is a small fridge for the personal use of guests.
I try to keep the house clean and tidy and ask that guests look after the room during the stay.
We are very sociable but will not get in your space.
Check out time is 10.30 , however you can keep luggage down stairs until you are ready to leave.
I am more flexible with check out if I am not expecting a guest the same day.

It was a very friendly and helpful family. I felt very well. It was a very good place. Heathrow Airport and the city center are within easy reach. The house is about 5 minutes walk from the bus and Central-line. Nearby there is everything you need not to starve, snack bars, supermarkets etc... I spent two weeks there. Gladly again! I can only recommend...

it was a very good place to be.
the whole family was very helpfull and kind.
the house is at 5 minutes by walk to centrale line.
It is a quiet location with some take away close to it, and also a Pub.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
