About the Homestay
We are a friendly family of four (Couple with two daughters aged 14 and 11 years) living in a lovely 1930's house located in a suburban area of London, and we would like to welcome you as a guest to our home.
Our guest room consists of a large, bright double room; Wi-fi access; desk and chair; own TV and en-suite. Access to living/dining area and utilities with a newly decorated large kitchen and open plan area; Patio and garden. Parking – on- street, no permits required.
Transport links: Good transport links (close to A406; bus 275 and W19 to Walthamstow central tube station) and approx. 15 minutes’ walk to Highams Park Overground Station ( takes approx. 15 minutes to Liverpool Street Station, central London).

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet cul de sac approximately 3 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and 15 minutes walk from the nearest overground rail station to central London. We have local shops in the area and we are also close to Walthamstow Market (the largest street market in London). We are approx. 10 minute bus ride from the Walthamstow Central, Underground Station on the Victoria line.
Epping Forest and a few local parks are nearby.

My stay with Anna was perfect. The house is in a quiet area with straightforward access to central Walthamstow and about 20 minutes by train to central London.
I had fridge space and cupboard space and I felt comfortable and very welcome througout my stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
