Nigel and his Wife were open and friendly. They were helpfull if i needed some information.
The room was also good. You can have nice conversations with Nigel about different subjects. The area was also nice. The area has in a walking distance many shops and supermarkets.

Nigel and his family are hospitable, very friendly and open-minded. They are helpful and can provide you with useful information about what to do and see in London (if you want that). It's a pleasure to talk to them, but if you want to stay completely on your own, nobody will disturb you. The garden room is well equipped and nicely furnished. The host looks well after it and your well-being. A toilet en suite makes it even more comfortable and practical. The kitchen and bathroom within the house can be reached easily through the small garden. Your room is completely separated from the house, so you can go and come as you like. You are quite "independent", different to so many accomodations elsewhere. I had a very pleasant stay there and can highly recommend it. Concerning public transport Penge might not be the most central part of London, but you can reach the city by bus or overground without much effort.

A tranquil place, a beautiful garden and privacy if needed. Nigel & Jenny were welcoming, friendly and very helpful with directions etc. The room was clean and comfy. Also easy to connect to public transport on bus & rail. I really enjoyed my stay and...Nigel is a fantastic baker!
