I have on offer a top floor apartment with en suite bathroom. Suitable for 2 guests.
In Hampstead Garden Suburb, North London, which is s very pretty area,
Close to Hampstead Heath. Transport and
Amenities all close by.
I live in the property. The available space is a loft Apartment suitable for 2 guests, with private en suite bathroom and skylight.
There is an extra room beside the bedroom where you can take your breakfast or have a snack, relax and use as you wish.
----Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% deposit is paid to Homestay.com)
----Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.”

Helene has been a truly fantastic and kind host. We've stayed at her place for a month and she's always been reachable and so helpful. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed including our own mini fridge. The area is very peaceful and comfortably near the station, just a 10min walk.

Helene was a great host and helped me out when I needed certain items and using her kitchen. She gave me useful information about places to visit in London and we had plenty of good conversation. The location is convenient to catch the Tube and explore the many attractions in London. I would recommend a stay here.

Helene ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin. Der Empfang, die Gespräche zwischen den Tagen und die Tips waren toll.
Nur die Sauberkeit des Bades hat nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen.
Ansonsten ein tolles Apartment. Gerne empfehle ich diese Unterkunft.June 2023
It’s was a nice host she and She suggested places that I should visit and told me about the nearby places There is a mini fridge in the room and there is internet access A washing machine is available for use upon request There is a bus station nearby, as well as a metro station and a supermarket Close to the area

The house is located at very nice, safe neighbourhood and within 10 walk to the tube station.
Helene is very nice and helpful (always shares all she know about the area). A spacious bedroom with its own bathroom. I had a great stay! Thank you for everything!

Helene is a very friendly host. The room is clean and spacious. Combined the bathroom and sitting area we had our own little appartement. Within walking distance of Kenwood, East Finchley tube and busses. Highly recommed staying at Helene's!

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
