The area has a night life of many trendy cafes bars and restaurants, although the road is quiet. its minute walk to larger main road. There is also a local Park for quite spots for reflection, jogging, sports and picknics.
Very close to a local market. A large and small Sainsbury's and 2 local Tesco's is 3 and 8 mins away.
Plenty of bus routes to and from the city and a great number of night buses.
1 train stop away from London Bridge.
The area is urban and cultural with a few students around I am close to Gold Smith Uni. 3 & 8 mins walking Distance from two main line train stations, New Cross And New Cross Gate. About 8 mins walk to the Deptford DLR.

Avec 3 chiens dans la maison, il y avait souvent des excréments dans la cuisine et la salle de bain, ce qui a vraiment gâché le séjour ! Dommage….

Tonia is lovely, she is amazing ! I spend 6 months with her and never wished to live elsewhere than at her home ! The room is very nice, a big room ! Her dogs are as lovely as her ! Always had nice coversation with her about my or her work ! Learned a lot during this stay ! I'll come back to see you when I'm back in London ! Love !

Living with Tonia is very easy, polite, kind, respectful and smiling. Despite the fact that we both work I think we talked a lot and about a variety of topics. I was lucky enough to meet some of her family and talk to them. Prince was a special dog for me from the first day we met. You have buses and a train station, my favourite bus was the 453. Nearby you have food shops and a pharmacy where you can buy anything you need.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
