The house was a longer walk from the tube station than said or expected.

Too much stuff in the bedroom which didn't permit us walk or move without tripping on with our luggage on the floor, as there wasn't any wardrobe to keep them inside, not even under the beds as it was full of boxes and other things. I'm sorry to say but it was absolutely uncomfortable for us.

Full of guests so it was a sort of Impossible mission to be able to use the bathrooms, even having to queue up to make use of them. That also happened to be able to use the small kitchen.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, ungewöhnliches tolles Wohnambiente, Tube gut zu erreichen, ca 15-20 Minuten bis ins Zentrum ohne umzusteigen. Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Empfehlenswert.

We did not get to stay, left stranded in London.

This guest did not turn up and did not contact us via Homestay, which meant that we were waiting for her unnecessarily and our room was blocked; she also did not pay us.

This guest was, unfortunately, not what we are used to - quite unfriendly and not used to staying in a family home. We recommend that she stays in a hotel next time.

    December 2017

toilet bowl broke down unexpectedly, thermal flask is totally corroded, entire apartment has a musty stench, room has no ventilation at all (no fan, no air con) and as something happened back at home, i had to fly back a day earlier. Since it was an unexpected event, I kindly talked to Patric and asked if he could give me a refund for a day due to this and he upright rejected the idea, and simply shrugged his shoulders and said :" I simply can't give you a refund".

The host is very nice, and they let you have your own privacy. Good place for public transport too. Will come back if I visit London again.
