Come and experience London the East London way, with a stay in my modern cosy and conveniently located apartment.
My home is located in Homerton with the station being just a 3 minute walk away. You are literally able to see the train platform from the living room window.
Homerton is just two stops away from Startford which houses the well renowned Westfield Shopping Centre. Where you will find the best fashion and luxury retail, dining, leisure and entertainment for all the Family, including Cinema, Theatre, Independent Bars and the London's largest Casino. All under one roof at Stratford City.
Also located in Stratford city is the famous Queen Elizabeth Olympic park which hosted the 2012 Olympics.
You can find every form of Transport method in Stratford, from underground trains, overground trains, Docklands Light Rail, Coach drop off and pick up point, Boat Tours and a well organised Bus Station. Stratfod is a 20 minute train journey to Oxford Circus and 15 minutes away from London City Airport by DLR.
About my home and your Stay:
The bedroom has a double bed which sleeps two, and has a balcony.
The Bathroom and Toilet are in one and is located across from the bedroom. It has a bath and a Shower.
The Kitchen and Lounge area is combined into one open plan space
While you stay at my home you will benefit from full use of my facilities which include use of the Kitchen to store and prepare your own meals should you wish to do so. Storage space within the fridge and a cupboard will be made available for you to use. Along with plates, cutlery, cups and pots. However you are responsible for cleaning up after yourself after useage.
You are welcome to lounge in the lounge area. However noise should be kept moderate so as to not disturb our neighbours.
For Guest Staying 5 nights or more, a Laundry service will be made available to you.

About the Area
My home is located in the East side of London in a safe and well protected building with a gate entrance and CCTV surveillance in and around the outside of the property. The train station is a 4 minute walk and the bus stop is a 4 minute walk from the apartment.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Guest should not invite others back to the property. Only guest on the booking are allowed to stay and facilitate the Apartment.
Noise should be kept to a Minimum after 12 Midnight
No Smoking inside the Apartment, smoking can be done outside or in the guest bedroom balcony. But the bedroom door must remain closed while you smoke.
Guest should clean up after themselves after making use of the kitchen.

Staying with Rodney is like staying at home. Rodney is wonderful, very helpful. Easy going gentle man. I will definitely recommend Rodney's home and will stay with Rodney again.

First time using homestay and I honestly couldn’t ask for more. It was a great experience and Rodne is an exceptional host.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
