A continental @ £6.50/per person or buffet breakfast @£9.50/per person is available daily at the property between 6.30am - 8am weekdays and 6.30am - 9.30am
At the homestay guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub.
Borough Market is 3.4 km from Exclusive rooms. London City Airport is 11 km away.
Southwark is a great choice for travellers interested in city walks, tourist attractions and monuments.

About the Area
Our flat is located in the South East part of London with bus stops right in front of the flat and a train station right across. We also have a 10-minutes walk to various shopping centres and other underground and Overground stations.

My stay at Lyssiemay's place was very comfortable and convenient. The host is very kind, helpful and friendly. The location is very close to the "places to visit in London".
Of course it’s not a five-star hotel, although it comes pretty close. But the rating system on homestay.com uses hearts, not stars. Stars are glossy and shiny, but in fact, they do not mean anything. They will not make you happy.
What we really need in our lives are hearts. People with heart. People who are honest, sincere, and loving. All of these attributes perfectly describe the host. If you have the opportunity, do yourself a favor and stay with Lyssiemay. She is incredibly open and friendly, and does not only offer great apartments, but is also willing to give you advice in difficult situations. If you need it, of course. She is truly a person with heart. That’s why I give her all hearts I possibly can - five. Although, if I could, I’d give her even more. And you would, too.

The location was perfect for transportation from the airport and for getting around London. Lyssiemay was a great host, very friendly, easy to communicate with and sharing experiences. Lyssiemay provided great information to get to her home and how to work things in her home. I would recommend this homestay.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
