Bright, cosy,clean and comfortable large single room situated in a green and leafy quiet area in North London. the room is spacious with double bed, desk/ chair, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave , TV and has a door accessing Patio/Garden.The bathroom is shared .I have 2 little and well behave dogs and 1 cat .Smoke is allowed outside in the Patio/Garden and the room is only available for 1 guest .

About the Area
My home is located in North London, situated in a green and leafy road, just 7/8 min walk from Wood Green and Bounds Green Tube Station ( Piccadily Line ) with just a 20 min journey into Central London.
There are many buses within a 3 minute walk from my home.
The famous Alexandra Palace is a short distance (20 min walk) and has panoramic views over London. There is plenty to do there including a visit to the Phoenix pub and regular events take place all year round - copy this link for more information http://www.alexandrapalace.com/whats-on/.
The historic theatre has also recently reopened.
The area is served with local pubs - with micro brewery, and music nights, plus cafe's, shops, cinemas, restaurants all within walking distance.

Antonio is an amazing person kind, honest, available. The house is very and the bedroom conform of the photos. My journey was great and in most of time result of Antonio.

Antonio was very kind and hospitable. I felt really comfortable there. The room was big, comfy and clean. Taj and Rocco (doggies) are really cute, friendly and playful. I had a really nice stay. I enjoyed the whole time, I definitely recommend him.

Antonio was an excellent host. He is very friendly and helpful. He is happy to be low-key and let you be, yet will happily help when asked. The room is comfortable, warm and homely. I can happily recommend anyone to stay here. The location is also good. Antonio also has two very good dogs that are like children. They are always happy to see you and make the whole experience great. Thanks, Antonio!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
