I have a warm and rich mixed family, I am a Covid free home too. We are a blended bunch and welcome people from all over the world. I do not provide breakfast due to the nature of my job, so I am looking for independent people to stay.
One double room available in a shared ground floor flat. Newly decorated and refurbished to a good standard with a Modern kitchen. Bright and airy lounge with wooden floor throughout. No TV in property, Just laptop use in flat.
Would be suitable to a independent professional person who is clean, tidy and cleans after using the kitchen, bathroom. I am, not looking for couples to live with just someone interested in a home and not just a room, someone who cleans when they use the bathroom and the kitchen, without any prompting from me, as I always leave things clean for others to use.
I am easy going but would like a flatmate who respect the other person space. I am not looking for someone who parties at nite, and creates loads of noise for others just a working person.
Bounds Green Piccadilly Line has great transport links. It is a short ride from the city centre. It takes just over 20 minutes to travel to Oxford Circus by tube, and the flat is an easy 5 minute walk from the station

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
