Hi,
We are looking for an awesome friendly person to share a house with. I am a Network Security Engineer by profession. I am into composting, fermenting, gardening, growing vegetables and herbs . I love to look after things and watch them grow. I love animals as well. I love to cook and prepare food and I am hoping for us to be sharing meals and eat together as a close friends/family. We are looking to find an intelligent educated fun person who is looking for friends as well as a place to live.
The house is in Eltham, and has a big garden and nice shared space.
The house has 3 bedrooms a separate kitchen and a reception room and 2 bathrooms. It is very close the Eltham station. The house has been almost completely refurbished so everything inside is brand new. The kitchen has not been completed yet but it is functional. Second bathroom is downstairs with a shower cubicle and a toilet.
It is a lovely house in which friendly people live and talk to each other and do things together.
The house also has a large garden with fruit trees - Apple Pear Cherry and Plums and also strawberry and raspberry grow in it. Garden is 17m long and 9 m wide.
There is fully functional newly installed fireplace in the living room which is great during the winter months. Creates a lovely cosy homely feeling when it is cold out.
The room is available from the 5th of June. 2019. The price includes all bills and a twice a month cleaner.
I am curently spending most of my spare time in the garden building a shed and creating growing beds.
The other housemate is from Croatia an ex journalist who currently works for Apple and is writing a book in his spare time. We are both into standup comedy and having BBQs , cycling.
I go climbing at least once a week at the reach and also to a gym in Chislehurst.

About the Area
we are in a village location in zone 4 london it is residential and quiet here but there are plenty of shops and pubs and restaurants on the high street. We have a cinema recently opened. The house is 5 mins walk from a train station with easy travel to central london.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
