Beautiful large bright en-suite double bedroom in a fantastic apartment. Perfectly located 3 minutes from Holloway Road tube station and close to the hustle & bustle of Islington. Conveniently located near 3 tube stations & 5 minutes by tube from St. Pancras International. The building also has a gym that is free for guests to use.
I live in the apartment and will be there to interact with you and provide tips on what to do in London. You have your own private bedroom and attached bathroom, and full use of the kitchen and living room at all times.
I have a pretty active social life so won't always be home, but happy to let you decide how much interaction you want with me. Some guests like talking to and sharing meals with hosts, others tend to spend a lot of time out and about in London so when they come back they're tired and want to do their own thing.
Payment
50% of the booking is payable by paypal within 2 days of confirming the booking.
50% is cash on the day of arrival unless I'm away when you're here in which case the full amount must be paid by paypal before you arrive.

About the Area
Very large spacious double bedroom with private bathrooom in a luxury new apartment, including free GYM access. The room has stunning views across a court yard, is amazingly quiet and peaceful and perfect for a good night's rest after a long day of site seeing or travelling.
Perfectly located 3 minutes away from the Piccadilly Line (the main tube line for a lot of London's tourist attractions), 4 minutes from St. Pancras International, and 15 minutes from Oxford street and The British Museum.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
