The flat is located in a nice area of central London called Holborn. Near the best theatres in the world and few important museums and Parks. Nearest underground Chancery lane (Central line)3 min walking and Farringdon 5min. Which it's also an important Train station that takes you to the seaside. Elizabeth line. King's Cross and Euston train station, where you can catch the Euro Channel to Paris 10min walking distance.

Stefano is a great host, he helped me getting to his place, which was in fact very easy, and he assisted me with anything else that I needed. The room is clean and has everything one needs for a short stay, and I felt very much at home in his house.

I had a really greta time in Stefano's place.It was very well located within easy reach on many famous London sights.The accommodation was first clas, clean and comfortable.
As for Stefano, he's one of life's gentlemen, he was kind, considerate, very friendly and extremely helpful.He's also a very generous person. My stay was made perfect by Stefano's help and his friendly attitude. I'd stay with him again for sure.Host reply

Stefano was very helpful and kind. He made me feel at ease straight away. The house is nice and the bed was very comfortable for me. The house is in a good location to reach different areas of central London. If I have the opportunity I will gladly return.

I had a good stay in this apartment which is also within walking distance to bus and metro. Stefano is a friendly host and the room was warm and a decent size. He allowed me to leave my luggage behind on the departure day which was very convenient. I would stay here again during a future visit.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
