Hello!
I'm Elizabeth, I live with my husband in a residential area within the Olympic host city of Stratford.
Our home is minutes away from Stratford Underground Station and Maryland and Forest Gate rail station. Our local bus stops offer buses directly into central London.
We are about 30 minutes away from Oxford Street by tube (underground train).
East London University Stratford Campus is just down the road from our home, about 2 minutes away, so we are the perfect accommodation for students!
Westfield Shopping Centre with its array of shops, bars, restaurants, cinema and bowling and much more is within easy reach from our home. We have local Tesco and Sainsbury's just minutes away also.
From our home, it's 15 minutes walk away from either Forest Gate Library or Stratford Library.
There is a large leisure centre opposite our house that includes swimming pools, cafes, play areas and many new gym facilities. Atherton Leisure Center welcomes all people and all ages to them.
Parking is available but you will need to pay for a parking permit from 8.30am to 6.30 pm from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday parking is free.

We are situated within walking distance (or a short bus journey away) from Stratford City Centre, the home of the London 2012 Olympics and Westfield Shopping and Entertainment Complex.
Maryland Station, Forest Gate Station and Stratford Station are within easy reach and all have service that lead directly into central London.
We have 3 Local Park and Green spaces nearby. Stratford Park, West Ham Park and Magpie Park.

Please keep our home secure and double-lock both the inner and outer doors.
No pets allowed inside the house
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily turn up/down for you depending on your requirements
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight, please.
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance

Very welcoming couple. They are very friendly. They offer you complementary coffee for the morning or anytime you want to have. Mini fridge in the room is very convenient. Room is clean and bed is very comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

Elizabeth & Thomas are really friendly and helpful persons. I can only recommend this homestay for others. The house is just 2 mins walk from the bus stop and is about 15 mins walk from bus station which is near to the tube.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
