About the Homestay
Lovely, lively area the house is situated on a quiet road with a park at the end of it. Loads of shops and restaurants nearby and finsbury park station within a five minute walk.
Im a mother of a young 3 year old boy and sometimes life can be quite messy for us! Hahaha butttt if you don't mind staying with a little quiet family and are just looking for a home (not a hotel) to stay in then we are for you!
Please understand that the bathroom is shared with the rest of the house.
Please understand that it is a first come first serve basis, so to avoid the rooms being booked by other people for the dates you want please book as soon as possible.

About the Area
My house is located right next to finsbury park, five minutes from the tube station and 2 mins away from local busstops. Im 20-25 minutes away from central london by train and 30-40 minutes by bus.

Hello! Welcome to my profile :) I've been doing this for over a year and there's a few things that's happened because I haven't set the rules out. Firstly please clean up after yourself, dishes or mess in the bathroom. Guys! Please put the seat back down when you used the toilet and wipe the seat. Ladies please dispose of your sanitry towels/tampons outside in the bins. Please also take bedding off the bed as it helps me for the next arrival :)
Smoking is allowed indoors and outdoors.
I stayed with Shaleskia and her little Family for about a month. it was great. They were very welcoming and Shaleskia always went out of her way to be of assitance. The room was very spacious and the location was Ideal as it was only 2 stations away from the center. Thanks Shaleskia for the hospitality.

Bon sejour. L’hote est là en cas de besoin. Le logement est très bien situé. Quelques problèmes de temps en temps avec la propreté (vaisselles..). Bon rapport qualité prix dans l’ensemble quand même.
Perfect in every aspect! It looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The location is great, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The wifi is the fastest I have ever used and Shaleskia is extremely polite. Totally recommend it!
Warm and welcoming would have given and extra heart if could have parked outside. Would deffo book again

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
