We live in a quiet road south of London. Lovely parks and open spaces.
We love to host students and professionals, I like to get to know a little about my guests before accepting a request to stay immediately, so please add a little information about why you are coming to visit London in your request.
We have a shopping centre within 25 mins walk, buses 7 mins trams 7 mins easy commuter to London by train. 24 hrs service by bus or train from central london. X26 bus from Heathrow airport.
I live with my daughter and son very relaxed family friendly, household is very quiet and secure. Close to main shopping centre and good transport links to London and surroundings areas.

About the Area
The bus stop is only 5 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using this stop. The tram stop is 10 minutes walk to East Croydon and Wimbledon. Fast trains to Gatwick, London Bridge and Victoria from East Croydon Station.

House Rules
Please enter and leave quietly after 9pm, switch off all lights in rooms if last one to enter. No loud music after 830pm and turn off lights if not in room. Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Feel free to to use the kitchen but please clean up after. Please mop shower room after use and keep en-suite clean. Please don't throw santiary pads or tampons down toilet there is a bin provided in room with bags. Please do not invite strangers into our home. Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
