Large 2 double bedroom apartment in South East London with excellent transport links.
A bus straight outside the apartment will get you to the London Underground in 10 minutes (Brixton) so you can be on Oxford street withing 45 minutes to do that all important London shop!
I am also 5 mins from West Norwood,Crystal Palace, Tulse Hill and Gipsy Hill Overground, and Crystal Palace and West Norwood bus Garage, so you will never be stranded.
A night bus also stops right outside too! I said I have excellent transport didn't I ?! :)
1 double room available with own seperate bathroom.
I have 3 tiny loving, funny chihuahuas who will make you feel at home with lots of cuddles and licks.
I have a gorgeous balcony you can enjoy each and every meal on, or a lovely glass of wine...
It is just me here, and I am very chilled out. I am a musician, so can entertain on request ;) or I also love chilling out watching films, or just getting to know you :)

About the Area
I am situated in the best part of London, South East.It is very green here with beautiful parks, but if it's hustle bustle you're after, busy Brixton is just 10 minutes away, and central london is 15 minutes by tube.
If you arrive at Gatwick Airport, then hop on the train to East Croydon and we are a 15 minute taxi ride from there, which should only cost you £10 or another 2 stops on the train and a short bus ride, will drop you right outside my door.
There are amazing markets in South London most days, which we can advise you on when you get here!
In Crystal Palace, there are lots of trendy pubs, cafes and restaurants with every cuisine, and us being Foodies, we know the best places for everything. We also have amazing takeaways too! Yes, we live in the best place ! :)

House Rules
Not many rules as such, just common sense really. If you want to make a mess, fine! Just clear it up. I am used to noise so that's not a problem for me at all. If you want to smoke, you can, on the balcony.
No-brainers are respect for my home and me and my dogs -That's it! :)
If you want to invite people over, clear it with me first.
Come and stay and enjoy my home like it's your own! Mi casa su casa x

An excellent host. The couple made our stay as comfortable as possible. They helped us decide where to go what places to visit. In fact they took us along to one of the spots on a Sunday.
Can't forget their sweet dog .

Natalli made us both feel welcome from the moment we arrived we met her partner Pete the second night of our stay who was also the perfect host our room was very spacious with our own bathroom a beautifully kept home
And not to forget their dog Cookie Monster who was a real joy
Would definitely stay again highly recommended

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
