Our home is in the leafy London village of East Finchley, within walking distance of quirky Muswell Hill High Road and several parks. With a short walk to the underground station, once on the train, it will only take 20 min to get to central London.
A truly delightful comfortable spacious double room and two single rooms to let on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Full use of kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, wireless broadband. We live in a safe and trendy area, have a beautiful garden, outdoor patio, and dining area. We are a 10 minute walk to the London Underground and have easy access to London transport links. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the High Road with coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
Guests can access garden, kitchen, utility room, family lounge room and dining area. We do ask that when guests use the kitchen they tidy up after themselves.

About the Area
East Finchley is in North London and has a village feel, boasting a traditional High Street with independent retailers, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs. A 15 minute walk the other way takes you past the ancient Coldfall Woods, declared a local nature reserve in 2013 and into the highly fashionable Edwardian Muswell Hill High Street packed with more quirky shops, restaurants and bars.
A leisurely 15 minute stroll to the underground means you can be in the centre of London within 40 minutes, door to door.
There is free parking outside the house and if you request specifically you can always use our driveway. There are numerous mini cabs you can book in the area and an uber cab is usually no longer than 2 minutes away. There is a bus stop at the end of the road and East Finchley is on the underground. A short tube ride will take you to the centre of London and all the transport links necessary to take you anywhere in the world.

House Rules
We want you to feel at home in our house so rules are minimal. We keep the house tidy and clean but guests are asked to tidy up after using the kitchen and food should be eaten downstairs. The carpets in the bedroom are new so we are asking people to take off their shoes when they go upstairs. We do not allow smoking in the house but you are welcome to smoke in the garden. We really want you to enjoy your stay with us so please let us know if you need anything or if you are not sure of anything.
Guests are welcome to smoke in the large garden.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
