We live very close to Nottingham city centre and near the Forest recreational ground. We are near many amenities including supermarkets, gyms, parks and a brilliant bus service into town. There is also plenty of FREE street parking. There are 5 bedrooms in total and 3 are available for guests to book.
There are 2 toile/ bathrooms, spacious and clean good size kitchen with cooking utensils for those who love to cook their own food and plenty of good takeaways on the same road as us.
There is a small garden at the back.
We have high speed broadband as well as a TV in each of the bedrooms.
I can also help guests with local information including places to visit and how to get there. I also help with financial advice to help students / people with their budgets whenever they need help.
There are no pets in the house but plenty of hospitality to share with you.

About the Area
Our house is located in a nice area and has good transport links. Shops, cafes, bars nearby. Our house is located on the north side of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are just 1.7 miles from the city centre, 2.2 miles from the legendary Robin Hood's Castle (now known as the Nottingham Castle), just 3.1 miles from Nottingham Forest Football ground, 3.1 miles from Trent Bridge Cricket ground and just 2.2 miles from Motorpoint Ice Arena. We are also only 16 miles from East Midlands Airport and just 40 Miles from Robin Hood Airport. The bus stop is only 1 minute walk from the front door where there is a bus every 7 minutes or less at busy times. The area is full of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants as well as some nice hair salons and barbers and specialist shops.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
We expect our guests to respect the house and the hosts as well as the neighbours. We also expect guests to maintain the peace. We also expect our guests to keep their space tidy.
There will be laundry including ironing and cleaning services for a FEE.
Smoking is strictly OUTSIDE as it costs too much money to get someone in and get rid of the lingering stench on soft furnishings and the carpet.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
