I have been a host family for almost ten years,I have a 5 bedroom house with a large garden. all my students have enjoyed staying here as my house is a family home,were i do a lot of cooking, and we sit round the table discussing the events of the day,while eating, i have two daughters both still in Education,I still keep in contact or my daughters keep in contact with previous students.My Mother is Italian and she often makes lots of Italian dishes which the students love to eat,i also introduce them to English cuisine, shepherds pie, Roast dinners ,ect all going well its like one big family

About the Area
our house is in Mottingham ,its 7 mins walk to Mottingham station,and 17mins to London bridge,and 20mins to charing cross station.we are 15 mins walk to Eltham were there are many shops and supermarkets, 10 mins walk from Eltham Palace.and twenty mins by bus to Bomley IN TU shopping Mall.
we have a small M&S food store Nisa food store, Libary, Foxe's Park near by ,chinese indian kebab fish &chips restaurants or take aways , we have chislehurst with very nice resturants Bars and Pubs 15mins on the Bus,i've lived in this Area for over 12 years.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
