No showering late at nights . all children are allowed as long as they are not noisy. Some light cooking not every day and sticking to my rules

My stay with Carol was amazing. The room is very simple but has all the comforts for an excellent overnight stay. A nice bed, a big TV, a small but comfortable sofa and a window from which a great light enters. The house is really cozy and it's easy to feel at home right away. With Carol there was immediately a big entente. She is an exceptional woman: scrupulous, helpful, simple, attentive and with a great sense of humor. I moved from Italy to London and it is also thanks to her that I never felt sad and alone in a big city.

My stay with Carol was just a nightmare... I don't have the right word to discribe this person ! And her description in the website Homestay is a lie : the bedroom 2 is in fact a LIVING ROOM and you don't have privacy. Also you can't have a shower after 8.30 pm or have acces to the kitchen after 7 pm..
I also had :
2-I was being shouted at by Carol and feel intimidated . It was simply unacceptable
She is a very great hostess. She helped us in a lot of things. We had very nice days with her.Completely recommended

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
