About the Area
My apartment is strategically situated for access to the Motorways A1/A1M/M1/A406 & A41. In addition it is very close to Allianz Park/Barnet Copthall Stadium, which is home to Saracens Rugby Club and 5-10 min drive to Brent Cross Shopping Centre & Golders Green. There are also few golf clubs in the area (Hendon & Finchley Golf Club) for the golf enthusiasts and quite a few restaurants. In general the area is bustling with a lot of activities and places to visit such as Hendon Aerodrome which was an important centre for aviation from 1908 to 1968.
Situated in Colindale, seven miles (11.3 km) north west of Charing Cross it nearly became "the Charing Cross of the UK's international air routes", however for the actions of the RAF after the First World War it was known as a place of pioneering experiments including the first airmail, the first parachute descent from a powered aircraft and the first in night flights.

Lights to be switched off in areas of the apartment when not in use.
Kitchen is to be kept clean and tidy after use (crockery to be washed etc..) and utensils to be put back in their appropriate places.
Apartment is to be kept secure by double locking the front door when entering and exiting, this also applies to the front door of the building.
If Shoes are to be left in the hallway they should be done so behind the door entrance.
Use of the Washing Machine is inclusive if staying for periods longer than 3 days and should be carried out once a week during the evenings unless agreed otherwise.
Where the main bathroom is mainly exclusive to the guest it is the responsibility of the guest to keep it clean and tidy.
Guests or friends are not invited in general unless pre arranged.
Contrary to the Non-Smoking Policy, Vaping is acceptable.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
