The neighbourhood is quite and friendly. There are shops 3-5 minutes walking distance and takeaway shops so as restaurants. The train station is near and can connect to London with 30 minutes. The bus stop to commute around Luton and town centre is just 3 minutes walk away.

Made very welcome the room was very comfortable and welcoming. All the Facilties was very clean.

Was expecting to stay at Stanfords house as this was a homestay. He met me and i had to follow him by car (5 -10 mins away) I was taken to a house which contained at least four other bedrooms which was not a problem but wasn't the hosts own home. The house was unkempt and the room i had was used for storing two mattresses between the wardrobe and wall. The bed was comfortable and clean and fresh.The shower was inadequate and faulty. The property was nothing like the pictures shown which was what I was expecting.

Stanford and his family are lovely :)
The cool thing about the place is that is a separated building on the other side of the garden, with 2 rooms, kitchen/small lounge and bathroom, so you've got plenty of privacy.
Everything has been thought of, from towels, linens, to bins and even smoking area outdoor.
It was feeling like hotel quality in a homely environment.
Definitely I'd suggest this place.January 2016

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
